6, 8 and 10-week weight loss packages

This is the most effective method I’ve ever seen. If you are ready for change then I’m ready to help you.

➢ one face to face session a week (home office in Glasgow or via Skype)
➢ daily contact to keep you on track – you’re supported the whole time
➢ a food plan that works for you and your lifestyle
➢ an understanding of nutrition not found with most plans
➢ a big shift in mind-set around food – feeling free of obsession and cravings
➢ no hunger/ no cravings/ no dangerous muscle loss as seen with crash diets
➢ no intense exercise – yes really. This is not an exercise program – its so much more effective!

How many diets have you started and failed? Me too. But make this time different. I am heavily invested in helping you to see permanent weight loss. I have spent the last 5 years researching how best to rebalance the body and I’m ready to share that information. The most important thing I’ve learned is that the first 6 weeks are the hardest. And having someone monitoring and supporting you in this time is the best way to ensure your success.

I am only looking for people who:

– have significant weight to lose (are in an obese category)
– have an open mind, will trust the process and will not think they actually know better one week in
– have at least two hours a week when they can grocery shop and batch cook
– are willing to check in with me every day (remotely)
– can use Whatsap and/or email (digital communication is vital for this to work)
– are ready to give up the notion of “eat less, move more” – this is the worst advice ever
– are willing to invest in the next 10 weeks.

And if you follow the plan, this will be the most significant 10 weeks of your life.

WHERE

➢ Visit me at my home office in Glasgow (G51) – this is the preferred option 9am>4pm Monday to Thursday. Friday 8am>2pm. Saturday 8am>10am
➢ If you are unable to visit me during those times in Glasgow, we can do the face-to-face sessions via Skype (video enabled).

➢ If you are interested then get in touch now, there are really limited places on this program as I spend a lot of my time personally helping people every day. Therefore I can only take on a very small number at a time. If my books are full – you may need to wait a few weeks for the next intake, but I will let you know when you enquire.
➢ The first face-to-face session requires 2 hours. Subsequent weekly sessions should last around an hour.

PRICE

This service is priceless! Seriously when I was trying this and trying that, not committing to any approach for any amount of time, I would have spent my last penny on a service like this. I looked around for so long and I realised that I had to go through a lot of effort, research, trial and error to find out how things worked. But you don’t need to – I want to share this vital information with you.

I’ve had people who were considering gastric bypass surgery, come to me as the last ditch attempt. And they were willing to pay £12,000 for risky surgery that, in my opinion, doesn’t address the real issues. Personally I’ve spent thousands of pounds on diet food delivery (yuck), raspberry ketones (whatever!), exercise equipment (expensive clothes horse), and a million and one diet books.

What I did learn was that none of these things answered my problem. And I also realised my actual problem was that I didn’t know what to eat and why. And once I learned that, was consistent with my way of eating, I realised I did not need any of that other stuff. So let me save you from many a future bad investment (if you’re anything like me!).

I believe that my radical weight loss is the best experience I have.

I have been there – I was wearing XXXL training clothes when I first started my own training.

I was a stressed out manager and obese.  I started working with a personal trainer. I took his exercise and nutritional advice seriously and got some fantastic results. You can be a hard worker but you need experts to help you channel your efforts in the right places.

That’s where a personal trainer comes in. Through my experience and training at the European Institute for Fitness, I am an expert in reducing body fat %, radicalising body composition and optimising nutrition for health and fat loss.

Since the age of 16 I yo-yoed in weight 7 significant times. I did all the diets and all the fitness classes (sporadically and not at the same time). At the age of 33 I realised that I needed to do it right this time – it needed to be a life-long change.
I wasn’t sure what the right way was, so I found a personal trainer who did and I started researching all current thinking about weight loss and fitness.I know that now I will always be the right size for me, for the rest of my life.

How long did it take me? Well, I was a size 22 in March 2011 and in October 2011 I was a UK size 12. 6 months to change not just how I moved, felt and looked but just 6 months to become the person I’ll be for the rest of my life.  And six months to lose six stones of fat. I was very nervous about going to a personal trainer for the first time, but I did it. The best thing I’ve ever done.  As an obese woman going in to a weights room in a big commercial gym is the last thing you want to do, but its not like that when you train with a personal trainer. You don’t need to worry about what weights to use, what machines do, what the etiquette is etc etc.

Working with a trainer inspired me so much, that I qualified as a Master Personal Trainer working in Glasgow.
