Weight Loss Walks

One to One Walking Sessions are a great way to get some exercise outside, at your own pace.

These one hour sessions take place at Bellahouston Park. The session will allow us to assess your current fitness level and work to progress it each time. Ideal for those new to exercise, recovering from injury or those who feel anxious walking for fitness on their own.

These one to one sessions are £30, with a 10% discount applied for blocks of 4 sessions paid together.

Walking together gives us an excellent opportunity to talk about your goals and what you can do to achieve them.

We can use the talking time for any of the following:

– nutritional advice
– weight loss coaching (overcoming barriers)
– life coaching (helping with life planning and motivation)
– a confidential ear – sometimes it just helps to have someone to talk to!

Don’t worry if you don’t feel at all fit. We can stop as often as needed and will only attempt hill climbs if you are ready.

If you do feel fit then we can work towards including jogging, running, sprint intervals or even some resistance training if appropriate.

We will meet at the far end of the carpark at Bellahouston Sports Centre. There is an entrance to the park at the back of the carpark. If you are paying by bank transfer then this must be in my account 24 hours before your booked sessions. Cash is fine and required at the start of the session. There is a 24 hour cancellation policy.
