4 Week Weight Loss Package

  4 weeks of nutritional support and personal training – £180 which includes one supervised exercise session and 2 self exercise sessions per week and a high level of nutritional support throughout the 4 weeks.


6 Week Weight Loss Package

  6 weeks of nutritional support and personal training – £250 which includes one supervised exercise session and 2 self exercise sessions per week and a high level of nutritional support throughout the 6 weeks.


8 Week Weight Loss Package

  8 weeks of nutritional support and personal training – £300 which includes one supervised exercise session and 2 self exercise sessions per week and a high level of nutritional support throughout the 8 weeks.


Top up sessions

  If you are booking a 4, 6 or 8 week package and require more than one supervised exercise session per week then you can purchase top-up sessions at a favourable rate.


Fast track 10 week package

Perfect for wedding preparation or any other big event.

  • 10 weeks to get in shape
  • Intense exercise and effective eating plan for remarkable changes to your body
  • If looking good on the day and in your photos is important, then I can give you the exact plan to become the best you can in the time we have.

Your 10 week package includes:

  • up to 3 intense training sessions a week
  • regular check-ins to stay on track
  • the most effective eating advice to remove the stubborn fat
  • and emotional support to help you make the changes required.

All programs are specific for you and will take into account any physical limitations you have. I can write a plan for you regardless of fitness levels, or injuries etc.

10 week, fast track plan is £990.

  • Supplementation for weight loss – help with navigating the multitude of options
  • Exercise consultation – a one-off service to help you understand and plan your own program

Personal Training Options

  • One Hour Personal Training for weight loss – exercising in your home, office or outdoors
  • ½ hour Personal Training for weight loss – £40
  • Couples/partner Personal Training for weight loss – £75
  • Group Personal Training – I can train any sized group, price available on request
